No, you can not undo the damage to roads, unless you have set up a bypass surgery or stents to open arteries. But what should concern is the heart attack that could clog the arteries with ... Some heart attacks do not live shot ... In contact with a cardiologist to do an event, a stress test, echocardiography and cardiac catheterization, how much damage you see. I took care of patients younger than you may have bypass surgery and died of a heart attack important ...

difficult, but minimal. Get fit, get off the junk food, smoking, drinking, etc. etc. etc. etc. Do it now before it's too late

Reduce cholesterol intake ... Profile of saturated fat, my husband had an angioplasty for blockages and was only 30 at the time. It is based on a diet of low in fat .. Talk to identify the document, whether you are at risk or are at the heart of the problem and says what they can do ....

Your body can gradually repair the damage, eating well will help your body to compensate for ... but is likely to undergo angioplasty and similar medical procedures.

You're too young for you to continue on the path of destruction in order. Yes, you can do something about your heart, arteries and general health.

Start with a visit to your doctor. Tell him / her lifestyle and the changes that they do need a better chance of a long and healthy lives. Ask yourself what type of exercise you should do (walking, is always a good start). Depending on its initial review, which want a stress test before you can do a training. Ask them to help to a nutritionist to develop a plan to send to your age and body types. Thanksgiving treat yourself to a member of a local health club and go training at least 4 times a week.

My mother died of vascular problems in the age of 53 are related. I was 34 years with vascular disease itself and in the last 23 years, I have 9 vascular surgery including carotid diagnosed 3. I had a heart attack. At 34, I thought no big deal, I have a lot of time. My doctors told me not to expect a long life. At 57 years, now I want to observe warnings and close to 34 to keep my weight under control and looked better on my diet. While medicine has improved significantly over the past 23 years, preventive medicine there is no better than you on a daily basis to take care of their health.

Only you do not change your family and doctors, have the power to your life. You can do it!
