Where should I stay afternoon & overnight in late June on the Cote D'azur near Nice with a 6 year old? - mer car products
I have to drive from SW France and in the middle of my destination in central Italy, traveling around in June 2007. I am looking for a new station, on arrival 3 hours to his wife and 6-year break (not too much of the trip a day "). Small Hotel or B & B (max. 125 Euros) with Shower and toilets, a beach, a walk, a place for a pleasant evening. The recommendations were received which I Villefranche sur Mer hotel here, and (of TripAdvisor welcome), but the beach is minimal because throughout the length. I think you should try to find a hotel in Beaulieu-sur-Mer is very calm and beautiful!
Villefranche attempt to "The Bride of the pirate" a very nice hotel with pool and magnificent views for about 95 € / night
Nice, Hotel de la Tour in the old town is very, very good!
Cause of happiness is not easy to find a hotel on the Riviera in August!

Villefranche is very nice, but it is also expensive and safer than your 6 years would be boring! I recommend, Menton, just a little further along the coast. It has a large beach of Nice, a beautiful old city, many restaurants and on the Riviera is untouristed.
